Structuring

Structuring of wood is done to make the wood grain more visible. The degree of structuring can be determined by means of different types of brushes. There are variations from soft bronze, medium bronze, Tynex to heavy metal brushes to achieve so-called "reclaimed Timber" effects.

Soest has all the techniques, ranging from simple to automated machine setups. We would like to invite you to the Soest Test Centre to jointly come up with the best solution for your product.

Direction of rotation, speed, pressure and whether or not to oscillate the brushes are factors that determine the end result.

We also supply machines equipped with Cross-cutter/edge scraper units.
