Polishing / buffing machines are used for polishing /rubbing lye, stain, oil and lacquer on flat workpieces such as wooden floors.

Depending on the application, different widths and designs are available. Depending on the coating, lye, stain, oil or ((UV) lacquer, different brushing techniques can be used, such as pads and brushes.

Because the coatings can differ per application in viscosity, length, thickness and the like, all pads and brushes are adjustable in direction of rotation and adjustable in speed. The height adjustment according to thickness of the workpiece is also easy to read.

Both the pads and the brushes are available in different hardnesses and designs such as nylon, felt, coconut, Tampico, horsehair etc.

Central to the design is that the machines can be cleaned within a few minutes and can be converted to a different color coating. For this, all pads and brush systems can be quickly changed without the use of tools.

 

We have cleaning machines in our program for cleaning brush pads or brushes.
